Melanee Williams was hired in 2025 as the Director of Operations for the Track and Field programs. In that role, Williams assists in logistics and planning for the six programs of Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field, and Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field. Williams has both a background in administration and athletics, competing for the Long Beach State track and field program through 2019.

After graduation, Williams was hired with Superior Electrical Advertising as well as with Bloch Chiropractic, Wellness and Sports Medicine working in administration, as well as with Southland Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Aide after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health Science.
