Water Polo Heads To Big West Opener At CSUN

Long Beach State will travel to CSUN this Saturday for their first Big West match this season.

Long Beach State (2014): Had 45 goals in the 2014 season... SCored 2 goals in the first game of the season against No. 4 Cal in the UCSB Winter Invite... Scored a goal high record of 3 goals in 6 games... had an average of scoring 1.45 goals per game... Tallied up ten goals in the Cal Lutheran Invitational... Scored 4 goals in the playoff Big West Tounament.

(2013):
Set a career-high 26 goals in 32 games ... Named Academic All-Big West honoree ... Led the team in scoring in six matches ... Scored multiple goals in seven games ... Led the 49ers past No. 11 Indiana, 7-4, with a team-high two goals ... Recorded two hat-tricks against Chapman (3/3) and La Verne (3/9) ... One of three players that scored in a 6-5 loss to No. 6 San Diego State (3/22) ... Scored two second-half goals to lift 49ers past No. 13 UC Santa Barbara in critical Big West match (4/14) ... Recorded a hat-trick to lead LBSU past No. 14 Cal State Northridge 8-2 in the opening round of the Big West Tournament ...
