49ers open softball season at Fresno State Tournament Friday-Sunday

LBSU will play five games in three days

2011: Played in 36 games, starting 28 as part of a platoon at catcher ... Hit .307 with one home run, five doubles, a triple and seven RBI ... Led the team in on-base percentage (.429), while ranking second in triples, fourth in slugging percentage (.440) and fifth in batting average ... Had six multi-hit games ... Finished with two hits against Arkansas (2-for-3), Utah (2-for-3 with a home run), BYU (2-for-3), Canisius (2-for-3), Cal State Northridge (2-for-3), and UC Riverside (2-for-2) ... Drove in a season-best two runs against Utah on Feb. 20, while scoring a season-high three runs at UC Riverside on May 13 ... Walked 15 times and threw out 5 of 19 runners attempting to steal.

2010: Played in four games ... Went 0-for-3 at the plate with a run scored.

High School: Played four years of softball at La Mirada High School ... Four-time All-Suburban League selection ... Named to the Press-Telegram Dream Team in 2008 ... Played six years of ASA Softball with the Artesia Punishers.
