LONG BEACH - The Long Beach State women's soccer team will host two games this week under the new lights at George Allen Field.

The two-time defending Big West Conference Tournament Champions and NCAA Elite Eight participants are set to host Cal Baptist on Wednesday, April 4 and the Alumni team on Friday, April 6. Both games are scheduled for a 7 p.m. kickoff.

Former players Sara Baca, Hayley Bolt, Jenn Brooks, Lindsay Bullock, Shawna Gordon, Becky Ricci, Nikki Myers, Julie Megorden, Chantel Hubbard, Nicole Hubbard, Kim Silos and Shaina O'Donnell will be taking part in Friday's game against the 2012 49ers.

"I'm thrilled to see our former players share the same excitement as our current team about playing under the new lights at George Allen Field and starting a new era for our program," head coach Mauricio Ingrassia said.

Fans are welcome to attend both games under the new lights as admission will be free.
