High School: Lettered four years at Calvary Chapel High School in Santa Ana ... Helped the Eagles to an appearance in the CIF Division IV playoffs each season ... Named team captain as a senior but missed most of the year with an injury ... Earned first-team All-Orange Coast League honors as a freshman and junior ... Also selected as the Eagles' MVP in 2011-12.
