Hoey finished the two-day, 36-hole tournament at 14-under-par 134, winning by a comfortable six shots over second-place Clariss Guce (-8) of Cal State Northridge and nine strokes over Victoria Fallgren (-5) of Gonzaga.

Senior Rochelle Chan finished in fourth with a 1-under 147, followed by junior Chaewon Park and Ashley Greer tied for eighth at 1-over and sophomore Janelle Sua tying for 10th (+2).
