July 15, 2012 LOS ANGELES - Long Beach State's Simone Hoey captured the 91st annual Los Angeles City Women's Championship on Sunday at Rancho Park Golf Course. The soon-to-be senior from Rancho Cucamonga shot an opening round 71 on Saturday and carded a 73 in Sunday's final round to finish the two-day tournament with a 36-hole score of 144.
