LONG BEACH - Junior outside hitter Taylor Crabb (Honolulu, Hawaii) has been named a preseason All-American as announced by Off the Block, a website focused on collegiate men's volleyball.

An 18-member voting committee, comprised of men's volleyball head coaches and volleyball reporters from around the nation, selected 20 players to the Off the Block Preseason All-America Teams. Crabb was one of 10 players to earn second-team honors.

Last year, the 6-foot outside hitter received second-team All-MPSF and third-team Volleyball Magazine All-America recognition. Crabb led the 49ers with 303 kills (2.75 kills/set) and ranked first on the squad with 1.91 digs per set. He also totaled 20 service aces, 42 blocks and 72 assists.
