Had 11 double-figure kill matches and one double-double ... Notched 16 kills and a career-high 13 digs in a 3-1 win over No. 2 BYU ... Pounded down a season-best 19 kills, while adding nine digs against No. 15 Ohio State ... Also had 18 kills in the season opener vs. Harvard ... Hit a career-best .647 (11-0-17) against UC San Diego ... Tabbed the MVP of the UCSB/asics Invitational and was named to the Active Ankle Classic All-Tournament Team.

Totaled 11 kills, 11 digs and a career-best five aces vs. Hawai'i (Jan. 18) ... Notched 11 kills and 12 digs at Cal Baptist on Jan. 29 ... Came back two days later to knock down a career-high 21 kills in a five-set win at BYU ... Hit a season-best .459 (21-4-37) against the Cougars ... Named the AVCA National Player of the Week and the MPSF Player of the Week for his effort ... Also had 21 kills vs. George Mason on March 15 ... Added 13 kills and 12 digs vs. UC Irvine (March 9), and 12 kills and 12 digs vs. Cal Baptist (March 21) ... Finished with 20 kills at Pepperdine.
2012 (Redshirt): Redshirted ... Played two sets at Cal State Northridge (Jan. 20) before being sidelined with an injury.
2011 (Sophomore): Appeared in 18 matches, primarily as a serving specialist ... Earned the start in a 3-1 win over UC San Diego on April 9 ... Matched his then career high with 11 kills against the Tritons ... Finished the season with five digs and two service aces.
2010 (Freshman): Played in 10 matches, starting four times as a true freshman ... Compiled 31 kills (1.15/set), 19 digs (0.70/set) and 11 blocks (0.41/set) ... Registered a then career-high 11 kills against UC Irvine (Jan. 8) and at UC San Diego (Feb. 5) ... Hit an impressive .526 (11-1-19) vs. the Anteaters ... Notched a season-best nine digs and seven blocks against UC Santa Barbara on Feb. 12.
High School: Lettered four years at Chaparral High School ... Earned first-team all-state honors as a sophomore, junior and senior ... Served as team captain all four years ... Led the Wolverines to a state championship in 2007 and 2009, and a runner-up finish in 2008 ... Named a high school All-American by Volleyball Magazine.
