Raymond Ho Ties For 11th Place At Bandon Dunes Championship

BANDON, Ore. - Senior Raymond Ho fired a 2-under par 70 in Sunday's final round of the Bandon Dunes Championship to tie for 11th place.

Ho paced Long Beach State to a team low 293 to finish the three-day, 54-hole tournament at 34-over 898, tying for 14th with fellow Big West Conference member UC Davis.

The Cerritos native collected six birdies for the round, while recording four bogeys and eight pars.

Colorado claimed the team title with a 2-under 862 to hold a five shot lead over second-place Fresno State (+3) and 11-stroke lead over No. 3 Washington (+9) in third. Tournament host Gonzaga (+46) placed 16th, finishing 12 shots behind the 49ers.

Freshman Kevin Lee posted a 75 to finish with an 8-over 224 to tie for 39th, while senior Daniel Chian and younger brother Philip tied for 73rd at 15-over.

Sophomore JJ Holen carded an 80 to tie for 84th.

Troix Tonkham of Fresno State captured individual medalist with a 6-under 210, winning by three shots over fellow teammate Rufie Fessler (-3).

LBSU returns to action Mar. 16-17, taking part in the National Invitational Tournament in Tucson, Ariz.
