Long Beach State (2009): Started 27 games as an outfielder and designated hitter ... Stole 10 bases in 12 attempts ... Was walked 15 times and had 22 hits on the year ... Went 3 for 4 with 4 RBIs vs. San Diego (3/10) with a single, double, home run, finishing a triple short of the cycle ... had 2 stolen bases against Washington State (3/13) and Pepperdine (5/5) ... had 2 hits at Pacific (4/25) and vs. Pepperdine (5/5) ... finished the season with a .232 average and .348 on base percentage. Southwestern Junior College: Helped lead team to two league championships ... State runner-up in 2008 ... Earned first-team all-Pacific Coast conference honors as a freshman after batting .267 with 13 RBIs and 19 stolen bases ... Earned first-team all-Pacific Coast conference and all-Southern California honors as a sophomore after batting .332 with 46 RBIs and 21 stolen bases. High School: Lettered four years in baseball and three years in basketball at Bonita Vista High School ... During freshman year was second-team all-Mesa league and team MVP after batting .377 ...
