2007: Competed in three events during the season ... finished in fifth place at the Santa Clara Invitational (24:52) ... was the top individual for the 49ers at the Big West Championships as he finished in 13th with a time of 25:49 ... placed 85th at Regionals (32:21.40).

2006: Ran the 11th-fastest 8K time in school-history at 24:50 for 33rd place at Stanford... ran a personal-best 31:59.12 at the West Regional for 61st place... finished 26th at the Big West Championships (27:44.7).

2005: Finished fifth in the 8K at the UCR Invite with a time of 25:43.90... had a season-best time of 25:01.9 when he finished 26th at the Big West Championships... placed 72nd at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 32:02.4.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track all four years... individual league champion in 2003 and 2004... time of 14:49 ranks amongst the top in the nation in 2004... second team All-State in 2003... in track was the Ventura County 1600m champion with a time of 4:16... cross country team was league champions all fours years, took second in state in 2001 and 2003, state champions in 2004 and placed fourth at the Nike Team Nationals... ran with 2001 National Champions Striders club team and placed 11th at nationals.
