Meet Schedule | Alumni & Family BBQ Info | Twilight Distance Carnival

LONG BEACH - The Long Beach State track and field team will host the 22nd annual Black & Gold Meet on Saturday, Dec. 8, at Jack Rose Track. LBSU is also set to hold its Alumni Meet, Future 49er Kids Meet and Twilight Distance Carnival on the same day.

The Black & Gold Meet is a co-ed competition with the 2013 squad divided equally to face off head-to-head to determine the team champion.

The seventh annual Alumni Meet will feature alumni vs. alumni only, while the third annual Future 49er Kids Meet is for the children of alumni and department staff.

Following the conclusion of the meets at approximately 2 p.m., there will be an alumni/family barbecue. Reserve your spot for the barbecue by clicking here.

The Twilight Distance Carnival will then be held at 5 p.m. at Jack Rose Track.

Long Beach State officially kicks off the 2013 indoor season at the UW Invitational (Jan. 25-26) and the Air Force Team Challenge (Jan. 26).
