Was the runner-up in the 400m with a lifetime-best 48.22 ... Also established a personal-record 22.39 in the 200m ... Ran an indoor best of 49.01 in the 400 at the Don Kirby Invitational ... Competed in the 400m at the MPSF Championships.

2010: Advanced to the 400-meter finals at the Big West Championships where he finished fifth overall ... Ran a season-best 48.62 in the prelims ... Also competed in the 400m during the indoor season ... Had a runner-up performance at the NAU Invitational (49.38).

2009: Notched a top-10 finish in the 400-meter dash at the Ben Brown Invitational with a season-best 48.94 ... Also established a then personal-record 22.46 in the 200m at the same meet.

High School: Lettered two years in track and field at Capistrano Valley High School ... Advanced to the CIF Division II title meet in the 400-meter dash after winning the South Coast League title in 2007 ... Was also the league champion in the 200m and 400m in 2006 ...
