2008: Big West champion in the javelin with a throw of 160-04 ... Finished 16th at the NCAA Regionals ... Won the event at the Big West Challenge ... Set a lifetime-best and the second-longest mark in school history at the Stanford Invitational (167-05).

2007: All Big-West and regional qualifier ... Won the javelin throw at the conference championship with a distance of 160-06.

2006: All-Big West and a regional qualifier in the javelin ... Finished second at the conference meet behind teammate Kim Heinz with a season-best 144-05 ... Went on to finish 17th at the NCAA Regionals with a throw of 139-11 ... Placed in the top-five in all five meets prior to the regionals.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and soccer at Milwaukie High School ... Three-time state qualifier in the javelin ... Three-Rivers League champion in 2005 ... First-team all-league performer in the shot put and javelin, and a second team selection in the long jump ... Won the league title in the shot and javelin in 2004 ...
