Earned All-Big West honors in the discus with a runner-up performance at the conference meet ... Also qualified for the Big West Championships in the hammer and shot put ... Scored in the latter event, placing seventh overall with a season-long 55-10.5 ... Established a season-best 172-06 in the discus at the Triton Invitational and 166-04 in the hammer at the Big West Challenge. High School: Won three letters in track and field at El Toro High School ... Three-time all-league selection ... Garnered all-county and all-state honors as a junior and senior ...
