One of America's best amateur baseball facilities, Blair Field in Long Beach is the home site for 49er baseball. Blair Field was honored in 1998 by Baseball America as one of the top-15 collegiate ballparks in the nation and is a prime spot for all baseball fans.

In nine seasons, Long Beach State is a combined 308-148-2 at Blair Field with a winning percentage of .675. Baseball attendance at Blair Field has continued to build to 35,000 plus per season to rank in the NCAA top-25 total attendance list.

The home of amateur baseball in Southern California, Blair Field has seen five Moore League high schools and American Legion and Connie Mack baseball grace its field for 40 years. In addition, Blair Field has been host to four Area Code Game tournaments, six MTV Rock & Jock softball games, and has been the location for over 200 film, TV and commercial productions, including Space Jam, Mr. Baseball and Odd Couple II.
