What
In a beautiful setting that is as much a park as a university the Long Beach State campus is a perfect place for runners, as shown by its inclusion in the Long Beach Marathon. The race is designed to accomodate both the seasoned and novice runners/walkers with a five kilometer tour of one of the finest campuses in California. Proceeds will benefit the Long Beach State Track and Field Team scholarship/operation program. Additionally, through a partnership with the President's Ambassadors Program, a percentage of the profits will be donated to the CSULB Student Success Fund to help students in financial need.
