Lindsay Bullock is a junior this season, majoring in math education and entering the 2009 season she is only two points shy of breaking into the 49ers' all-time Top 10. Lindsay ranks among the career leaders at Long Beach State in goals (T-6th, 15), game-winning goals (T-5th, 4) and shots (7th, 90). Naomi Washington, better known as Nay-Nay, is a senior this season and is majoring in communications. Last season, Naomi was named an AVCA All-American as an honorable mention. She was also a first-team all-region selection as well as a first-team All-Big West pick. In 2008 she led the Big West in hitting percentage at .351, was third on the team with 288 kills on the season and led Long Beach State in blocking with 115 total blocks as well as 103 block assists. Mike Del Grande is a senior and a communications major who follows in his older brother David's footsteps who was a four-year letterwinner for the 49ers. Last season, Mike competed in 17 games and scored six goals, including two against Pomona-Pitzer. Other goals came against the University of Redlands, USC, UC Irvine, and Pacific.
