*This is a 7 Night 8 day all expenses paid fishing trip for THREE to one of the finest remote fishing lodges in South Central Alaska. Alaska's Lake Marie Lodge is a world class fishing lodge located approximately 90 air miles North of Anchorage, situated less than 20 miles outside of Denali National Park with spectacular unobstructed views of the tallest mountain in North America, Mt. McKinley(Denali). Lake Marie Lodge was constructed where virtually all rooms in the lodge have large picture windows which face Mt. McKinley. This lodge was originally homesteaded by the family that still operates it today. *From the lodge via either 4x4 or boat it has access to 3 major river systems. *Within 3 miles of the lodge there are 7 streams with a Silver Salmon run. Also available in the neighboring waters of this lodge are Huge Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden/Arctic Char, Greyling, and Northern Pike all of which are targeted for the lodge guests by their resident fishing guides. Lake Marie Lodge operates on a ratio of 1 guide for every 3 fishermen, so your group will have its own exclusive guide for the entire 8 days that you are there. Lake Marie Lodge accommodates, on average, 14 guests but has the maximum capacity to accommodate up to 21 guests. This package is for three fishermen and there are three fishermen to a room and each room has its own private bath with shower. There is daily maid service as well as laundry facilities which are nice because you do not have to bring as many clothes as you might otherwise have to bring. *Aside from the private guest rooms the Main Lodge has a tackle shop, fly tying room available for all guests, a large dining room, and a main lodge lounge area. Each room has its own private balcony and all rooms have large picture windows for viewing Mt. McKinley and the surrounding wilderness WHAT DOES THIS TRIP INCLUDE? The auction item includes r/t airfare from LAX to Anchorage, Alaska and r/t airfare from Merrill Field in Anchorage to the airstrip located within yards of the lodge itself. *All meals are provided each day by the lodge's own Chef. *All fishing is fully guided with 3 fishermen per guide and all fishing gear, whether it be fly fishing gear or spinning gear is provided by the lodge. Of course, you are always welcome to bring your own rods and reels. *All flies, lures, and bait is also provided. *Fish processing including filleting, vacuum sealing, and boxing of your Salmon catch is also included. All species but Salmon are catch and release. THIS TRIP IS TIME SPECIFIC. This trip is scheduled for the week of August 13th - 20th, 2011, which is the peak of the silver salmon run. You will fly into Anchorage on Friday the 12th, depart for the lodge via their chartered aircraft on Saturday morning the 13th. This allows you to fish all day on your first day at the lodge. All guests also depart on Saturday, but in the late afternoon, which allows you to virtually fish all day on the day or departure. Scheduling a late evening red-eye flight back to LAX is a great way to finish the week. Of course if you want to stay in Alaska and do a couple extra days of Halibut fishing on the saltwater, that too can be arranged but at your own additional expense. August is the height of the Silver Salmon run so this trip will focus on Silver Salmon(Coho) although there are still two other species of Salmon available to fish for along with all of the other species already discussed. 2) TRAVEL WITH THE MEN'S BASKETBALL TEAM TO UNC - Starting bid: $2,000 Travel to Tobacco Road as the men's basketball team takes on The Uniiversity North Carolina Tar Heels at the Dean Dome. Trip Includes: Two (2) round trip tickets with the team, 2 night stay in team hotel, attend practice and pre-game shoot around and reception prior to the game.
3) WEEK FOR TWO (2) IN SAN JOSE DEL CABO - Starting bid:$1750 Enjoy a relaxing week for 2 at the Park Royal Los Cabos Hotel in a Junior Suite from September 1st to 8th, 2010. The hotel is situated on the San Jose del Cabo golf course overlooking lush gardens. It is within walking distance of the quaint and picturesque center of town and beach. Great shopping and dining are just a few steps away. San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas provide many activities such as ATV tours, horseback riding on the beach, golf, tennis, water sports and great weather. Package includes: A reservation for 2 people for 7 nights at the Park Royal Los Cabos Hotel in a Junior Suite from 9/1/10-9/8/10. Round trip airfare for 2 with airport to hotel transportation is provided. Restriction: The dates of September 1st to 8th, 2010 cannot be changed. The number of guests (2) cannot be exceeded. Additional charge: Approximately $5.00 for tourist and service tax per night.
4) ON FIELD EXPERIENCE WITH TROY TULOWITZKI AT ANGEL STADIUM: JUNE 26TH: Starting Bid: $1,500
Your party of 4 will enjoy a great Angels versus Colorado Rockies baseball game on Saturday, June 26th after getting to meet Troy Tulowitzki, 2007 National League Rookie of the Year Runner Up, on the field before the game. Game time is 7:05 but you and your guests will meet at the Angels Front Office at 5:30 and then be escorted onto the field. 5) ON FIELD EXPERIENCE WITH EVAN LONGORIA AT ANGEL STADIUM: AUGUST 24TH: Starting Bid: $1,500 Your party of 4 will enjoy a great Angels versus Tampa Bay Rays baseball game on Tuesday, August 24th, after getting to meet Evan Longoria, 2008 American League Rookie of the Year, on the field before the game. Game time is 7:05 but you and your guests will meet at the Angels Front Office at 5:30 and then be escorted onto the field.
6) ON FIELD EXPERIENCE WITH JERED WEAVER AT ANGEL STADIUM - Starting Bid: $1,500 Your party of 4 will enjoy a day at Angels Stadium with Jered Weaver. Dates to be mutually agreed upon as there are three different games to choose from. You and your guests will meet at the Angels Front Office and then be escorted onto the field.

9) ENJOY THE GOOD LIFE IN SAN FRANCISCO AND NAPA VALLEY - Starting Bid: $1500 Thiis trip includes two (2) roundtrip airfare with Jet Blue and five (5) days of a rental car from Enterprise Rant A Car. Enjoy two (2) nights at the Hotel Vitale.
