Rob Clark joined Long Beach State's senior staff in 2015, coming to the Beach as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations and Communications. Clark was most recently the Sr. Associate Athletic Director of Development at Georgia State in Atlanta.

At Georgia State, Clark was led the first-ever Athletics Capital Campaign and guided the Panthers' Division I football transition from FCS to FBS. During this time, he secured gifts for the Football Strength & Conditioning Center, Basketball Locker Rooms, Basketball Practice Facility, as well as multiple $1 million dollar gifts for athletics and university initiatives. Since 2013, Clark led a 65% growth of the Panther Athletic Club Annual Fund, the first growth since the start of the football program.

Clark came to Georgia State from New Mexico, where he led the major gifts and annual giving efforts at UNM, including $10 million in annual giving, $13 million in planned giving, and capital projects that totaled more than $70 million.

Prior to UNM, Clark was Associate A.D. for Development at Angelo State, leading the school's athletic component of the Texas Tech System's $1 billion capital campaign. He helped increase annual giving membership by 300 percent and securing gifts for the building of a new baseball facility.

Clark served as the special assistant to the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Compliance Coordinator at Texas A&M. He was involved with securing multiple $1 million gifts in addition to negotiating non-conference football games and handling the analysis and design of the outbound ticket sales call center.

Clark is no stranger to Southern California. As a 2005 graduate of Occidental College with a bachelor's degree in diplomacy and world affairs, Clark went on to earn his master's degree (2006) and completed his doctorate in Kinesiology at Texas A&M (2010). Clark was a football student-athlete at Utah State and finished as team captain at Occidental.

Sophomore Natalia Munoz won the singles championship in the top flight of the UNLV Fall Invitational. Along the way Munoz picked up her first career win over a ranked opponent, defeating No. 83 Aiwen Zhu of UNLV in the semifinals, 6-1, 5-7, 7-6.
