Martha Grace joined the Bickerstaff Academic Center in 2009 as an Academic Counselor. In her current role, Grace is responsible for advising six programs (WVB, SVB, MG, WG, WTN, BASE) in University and NCAA policies while assisting students with meeting their educational goals.

A collegiate gymnast at Northern Illinois, where she graduated in 1991, Grace went into coaching, spending five seasons at both Northern Illinois and Cal State Fullerton as an assistant coach with each school's women's gymnastics program. With the Titans, Grace was named the West Region Assistant Coach of the Year for 1999-00, and as named the 2002 Aflac Assistant Coach of the Year.

Grace earned a Master's in Anthropology in 1993 from Illinois-Chicago, and most recently completed an M.S. in counseling in 2011 from Long Beach State.

Joe Fryer opened the season by finishing in a two-way tie for third place out of 68 golfers at the Itani Quality Homes Intercollegiate. He shot a 9-under 204 over three rounds, including a 4-under 67 on the final day of the tournament.
