The following is an online registration form for the Long Beach State Volleyball Camp. The following form will be emailed to longbeachvballcamp@hotmail.com

Write down the player’s name as well as the camp she is attending on the check/money order and indicate that you registered ONLINE. Credit Cards will not be accepted for payment.
