Track and Field Open Development Clinics
Long Beach State's expert Track and Field staff along with their elite athletes are conducting clinics in all event areas for all ages (8 and up) and abilities. Coaching will be offered in distance, throws, jumps, sprints, hurdles and relays. The goal of the camp is to provide technical skill development in the area(s) of interest to each participant.
Who: Clinics are open to any and all entrants ages 8 and up
When: Every Tuesday and Thursday; Skill sessions are scheduled from 5-6 p.m. and conditioning sessions are from 6-7 p.m.
Where: Jack Rose Track Facility on the Long Beach State campus
Cost: $20 per session or $30 for combined skill and conditioning sessions on same day

Gear: Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment (i.e. shots, discus, pole vault poles etc) to the track. The track staff will provide equipment as well, but equipment is limited. There are no locker rooms for use. Please come to the track in workout attire.
Parking: Metered parking will be available in Lot 13 next to the Pyramid, or a daily parking pass can be purchased for $5.

DeFalco Named MPSF Tournament MVP
TJ DeFalco was named MPSF Tournament MVP after leading Long Beach State to its first-ever MPSF title. DeFalco finished the Tournament with 34 kills, 18 digs, seven blocks, six assists and five aces, while hitting .338.
